Call Screening allows you to filter your inbound calls. AccessLine offers 3 forms of Call Screening. Private Code Screening allows you to only receive calls from individuals who enter your private code. If a caller successfully enters your private code during your General Introduction or Announcement, he/she will be transferred to your current location. Callers who do not enter your private code are sent to voicemail. Urgent Screening allows you to only receive calls that are deemed urgent by a caller. C Callers are prompted to touch 0 to indicate their call is urgent. If a caller touches 0, he/she is transferred to your current location. Voice Screening allows you to hear the name of the caller and purpose of their call. You may then choose how you wish to handle the call from a list of menu options.
