Definitions for "Call hold"
Allows a system user to manually place a call on hold, so the incoming caller cannot hear your conversation.
This service allows the user to put a caller on hold to either answer another call or dial a second number. The user can alternate between, or terminate, either of the two calls.
Allows you to "hold" the call, so the caller can't hear you.
