The time required to achieve adequate handling strength.
The time a call center agent spends connected to the caller combined with the time the call center agent spends handling the requirements of the call after the caller has disconnected.

All trip blanks, field blanks, and environmental sample containers must be received in the field within one day of preparation in the lab. They may be held on site for a maximum of two calendar days.
