Roy Eugene Williams, Jr. (born December 20, 1981 in Odessa, Texas) is a football player who currently plays wide receiver for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League. He was selected 7th in the 2004 NFL Draft out of the University of Texas.
Roy Williams (born August 1, 1950 in Marion, North Carolina) is head coach of the men's basketball team at the University of North Carolina. He is second all-time for most wins at Kansas behind Phog Allen, and third all-time in the NCAA for winning percentage. He received his 400th win in January 2003, when Kansas beat the University of Wyoming. Coach Williams won his 500th career game against High Point University on December 9th, 2006 in Chapel Hill.
