Long Wavelength Band. The optical band, or window, specified by the ITU-T at a wavelength range between 1565nm and 1625nm (nanometers). Frequency interval between 1 to 2 GHz.
Portion of the electromagnetic spectrum commonly used in satellite and microwave applications, with frequencies approximately in the 1GHz region.
A radio frequency band extending from approximately 1.0 to 2.0 gigahertz.
