Encompasses going public, active tending of the development of quotations, ad hoc publicity, relations of the CFO with financial analysts and of the CEO with business journalists, reporting routines (annual report, semi-annual report, letter to shareholders, investors' website, financial media briefing, conferences for financial analysts, and road shows).
