Hella KGa A Hueck & Co. is a German company that manufactures automotive lighting products such as headlights, signal lamps, and the electronics that support these. Based in Lippstadt, the company employs approximately 23,000 people worldwide and is ranked as one of Germany's 100 largest industrial companies. Formed in 1899 as "Westfälische Metall-Industrie Akt.-Gesellschaft", the brandname "Hella" was created in 1908.

Hella is a musical duo from Sacramento, California. They play a technical, Nintendo-influenced blend of math rock, noise rock and avant-garde. The primary members of the band are Spencer Seim on electric guitar and Zach Hill on drums (although both are multi-instrumentalists).
