Exhausted: is often a psychological thing, not a physical thing. Anytime one loses their personal power and mastery one becomes exhausted. When one indulges in negative emotions one becomes exhausted. When one lets the emotional body run them and becomes a victim one becomes exhausted. When one overtaps the Adrenal glands, which has a psychological cause, they develop Adrenal exhaustion. Just even thinking too much causes exhaustion. Oversleeping causes exhaustion. Lack of balance. Basically everything causes exhaustion except living a life attuned to God.
