Definitions for "Decisions"
In professional wrestling, a decision typically refers to a means in which a wrestler in an Iron Man match scores a point against his opponent. In Iron Man matches, decisions can be rendered by pinfall, submission, count-out, disqualification or knockout. A point is given to the appropriate wrestler, and the wrestler with the highest number of points at the end of the allotted time wins the match.
Decisions are one of the three kinds of binding legislation the Community uses. Adopted by the European Parliament and Council (if the Codecision Procedure used), or by the Council alone, or by the Commission in certain circumstances, they are binding on those to whom they are addressed (be it Member States, companies or even individuals).
