CENTRAL INDEX KEY. A unique number assigned by the SEC, distinguishing the company or individual to which it is assigned. Used by EDGAR to identify either a submitter (LOGIN CIK) or filer.

Central Index Key. This is a 10-digit number assigned to you by the SEC when you register to become an SEC Filer. Every SEC filer has a unique CIK.
