Sealants, Adhesives and Tapes Release liner coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive film from which the liner can be removed, after application to a surface, leaving only the adhesive on the substrate.
Adhesive coated paper. Transfer tape is placed on weeded vinyl. The transfer tape is used to pull the decal off the liner and to transfer it to another surface. The transfer tape holds all of the pieces together in their pre-spaced locations until they are applied to a substrate.
Medium-tack adhesive coated on translucent paper. Transfer tape is placed on weeded vinyl images still on the original carrier liner; the tack of the tape is stronger than the adhesion of the vinyl to the coated liner, so the image is pulled off the liner in a transfer to another surface.
