Definitions for "Toe In"
The recess at the base of joinery e.g. benches sideboards that is there to allow the front of the foot to slide into or under when working close to the bench.
The amount by which the front of a front wheel points inward or outward. A slight amount of toe in is usually specified to keep the front wheels running parallel on the road by offsetting other forces that tend to spread the wheels apart.
Setting of paired wheels on an axle so that the leading edge of each wheel is inclined slightly inward in order to keep the front wheels running parallel on the road by offsetting other forces that tend to spread the wheels apart.
