Todman (1954-1976) is a well known Australian thoroughbred racehorse, inducted into the Australian Racing Hall of Fame in 2005. Todman won from 6 furlongs to 9.5 furlongs and was successful five times in races that are now classed as Group 1's. A striking chestnut stallion, Todman was one of the most exciting sprinters ever to race, he won his race debut by 10 lengths, the Golden Slipper Stakes by 8 lengths and beat the great Tulloch in the Champagne Stakes by 6 lengths.
