When Ryan Beatty was just a mere teenager, he began writing songs to sort out his personal and spiritual ideas. By graduation, Beatty was prepping for college life at Grove City College in Pittsburgh and had a guitar in hand. He made his debut at South by Southwest in 2001 and the Arena Rock Recording Co. label was so impressed, they offered him a record deal.

Serene is a new mobile phone produced as a joint venture between Samsung and Bang & Olufsen. It was released in the last quarter of 2005 in Europe. It is available in select stores throughout the world and costs around 1000 Euros.
