a person operating a repacking plant as a certified shellfish dealer, other than the original certified shucker-packer, who repacks shucked shellfish into other containers for distribution or sale
A person other than the original certified shucker- packer who repacks shucked shellfish into other containers. A repacker may also repack and ship shellstock. A repacker shall not shuck shellfish. (1)
A purchaser of pharmaceutical products who buys in bulk and then repackages them into standard or non-standard package sizes or quantities based on a specified need. A repacker applies a unique NDC number to repackaged products. Examples of repackers are Allscripts, Physician STC, Cheshire Drugs, etc.
