Any hand that is played for real money, the "rake" is the cut taken by the house.
Any player that is dealt cards in a hand and the pot is raked a minimum of 25c.
A Raked Hand is where any player is dealt cards in ring game play, in a hand which generates rake. This constitutes one Raked Hand even where the player folds before the flop. Please note that some Noble Poker network tournaments with raked hand requirements refer to Raked Hands where a player has contributed to the pot in a hand which generates rake.
A raked hand is one where the player contributes to the pot and the pot reaches $5. Games in multi table tournaments do no count towards the raked hand count. The buy-in to single table tournaments counts as one raked hand towards the player's total raked hand count.
