A folded tortilla with chile and cheese filling. It is then fried over high heat till the cheese melts and glues the two sides together.
Folded and grilled flour tortillas stuffed with melted cheese. Often served as a mild appetizer with beans, salsa, guacamole, or sour cream. Can also be prepared with chicken or steak.
