A meeting participant who provides information to other meeting attendees; can share documents, presentations, applications, Web browsers, the computer's desktop, and information on a whiteboard with others; or take a poll. A presenter also controls attendee privileges during a meeting. Initially, the meeting host is also the presenter. The host can designate any attendee as the current presenter.
