The Schedule is issued with each new contract of insurance, when you renew the policy and when the policy cover is changed. It shows your name and address, the period of insurance, the sections of the policy booklet which apply to you, the premium you have to pay, the property which is insured, the sums insured and details of any extensions or endorsements.
Document detailing the level of cover under a policy, the sum insured, the discount that you qualify for (if any), and the premium to pay.
