National Criminal Intelligence Service. NCIS works on behalf of all the UK's law enforcement agencies, providing a range of intelligence products and services to aid the fight against serious and organised crime. It is also the co-ordinating authority on behalf of police forces in the UK for the tasking of the Security Service in respect of the Service's work on serious crime. National Crop Insurance Services. A voluntary, nonprofit organization made up of more than 140 member companies that compiles research and statistics in order to develop crop insurance rates and forms.
National coronial information system
NCIS is a CBS network show about a team of special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service of the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps. The concept and characters were initially introduced in a two-part episode of the CBS series JAG (episodes 8.20 and 8.21). The show premiered on September 23, 2003.
