Locked in Retirement Account. Is an investment vehicle designed to hold locked in monies originating from a Registered Pension Plan (RPP), administered under the pension legislation of the province of jurisdiction. (Province is determined by the pension registration not the residence of the plan holder). Offered in all remaining provinces (not British Columbia or Nova Scotia) and federally legislated pensions.
