Invisible is a song written by Kira Leyden and Jeff Andrea, members of the Ohio-based unsigned alternative rock/pop band Jaded Era, and recorded for the band's second album Invisible (2003). It was covered by pop rock singer Ashlee Simpson for the re-release of her second album I Am Me, and was released as the album's third single in 2006 (see Invisible (Ashlee Simpson song)).
"Invisible" is a song by Ashlee Simpson, released as a single in the summer of 2006. The track was originally recorded by the band Jaded Era; to date, it is the first single by Simpson that she did not co-write. Although it was said that the song would be included on a re-released version of Simpson's 2005 platinum album I Am Me, the summer passed without this happening, and therefore plans for the re-release have presumably been dropped.
Invisible is La Ley's fourth album. It is often considered their best record, and is their second best selling album. The album reunites La Ley again with Rodrigo Aboitiz and invite a new member Pedro Furgone after the death of Andres Bobe (the band's founder).
