HTA also known as High Tech Academy is located in Highland Springs, Virginia. It is attached to Highland Springs High School, in conjunction with the Highland Springs Tech Center. It is a collaborative effort between Qimonda and HSTC to educate juniors and seniors for future careers in high tech industries.It is also in conjunction with Virginia Commonwealth University.

HTA (HTML Applications) is a a user interface markup language originated by Microsoft. It can create full applications using HTML and DHTML. It was introduced with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0.
