The activities are partly funded by the European Commission under their Transport Telematics Applications Programme, and the service is intended to be fully compliant with the International Hydrographic Organisation's (IHO) Wordwide Electronic Navigational Chart Database (WEND).

Echo is the tenth studio album by United States rock band Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, first released in April 1999 (see 1999 in music).
