David Murray is a Californian musician, most well known for his career as a drummer, although he is also a composer and didjeriduist. He was the original drummer for Estradasphere and both performed and composed on all of the band's albums up until the new 2004 lineup. He currently has a solo project entitled The Deserts of Träun.
