Definitions for "Daily price limit"
A maximum limit that stock prices are allowed to fluctuate on a single trading day. At present, the SET does not allow the price of each stock to increase or decrease by more than 30% of the previous closing price, hence, the ceiling price and the floor price.
The maximum price advance or decline permitted for a futures contract in one trading session compared to the previous day's settlement price.
Maximum move instruments are allowed to rise or fall daily.
