Culpa (= guilt) sometimes referred to as Molina's Culpa, is a black-and-white Cuban short film that pioneered the blood and gore genre in Cuba. It tells the story of a priest and a prostitute who start a relationship while a serial killer is on the loose. It was the thesis film of Jorge Molina from the EICTV (Escuela Internacional de Cine y TV de San Antonio de los Baños), Cuba.
Negligence or fault, as distinguishable from dolus (deceit, fraud), which implies intent, culpa being imputable to defect of intellect, dolus to defect of heart.
