Francis- Francis Crick is a British biophysicist, who with his colleague, American biochemist James Watson, discovered the double helix structure of DNA, the molecule that carries a living thing's genetic code in the form of genes (1953). They were awarded the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine for their work.
