An Integrated Development Environment produced by MetroWerks as a unified graphical front end to some command-line tools such as compilers and linkers, as well as a container for visual tools such as editors, file differentiators and graphical debuggers.

CodeWarrior is an IDE developed by Austin-based Metrowerks. Its open architecture allows new languages and computing platform to be added easily to its IDE: its cross-platform compilers support Java, C, C++ and assembly programming languages. (see IDE).
