During some online auctions it is possible for a buyer or seller to cancel a bid.
We permit bid cancellation only under extraordinary circumstances. Once your bid is placed, you have an obligation to complete the transaction if you win. Keep your User ID and Password confidential, so that other users cannot access your account. If you believe you have an extraordinary situation (i.e. you left out the decimal point and bid $2000 instead of $20.00), please contact customer support immediately.
