Definitions for "Azeotropic"
(mixture) it is the mixture of two liquids (of different nature) that in a determined percentage they boil at the same temperature producing vapour with the same percentage. During the distillation of a solution water/alcohol it is not possible to produce alcohol over a degree of 95,5% since the remaining part of water (4,5%) is combined in mixture azeotropic with the alcohol and, practically, with the same boiling point.
