Long tubular pieces of equipment to move grain. Augers have a spiral shaft up the middle which pushes the grain from the lower end to the top end and into or out of storage units. They are usually powered by tractors, electric motors or hydraulic motors and can be a dangerous piece of equipment if alertness and safety precautions are not used.
