the angle formed by the arc of the clubhead in relation to the slope of the ground Example: He took a very deep divot and created a lot of backspin because his angle of approach into the ball was very steep.
When viewed from the side; the line from the bottom of the front tire to the lowest-hanging component in front of the tire. This angle is an approximate indication of how steep an incline a vehicle can approach without damaging the front of the vehicle.
The angle, relative to the horizontal, formed by a plane tangent to the front tires of a wheeled vehicle and touching the lowest part of the forward position of the vehicle. See also angle of departure.... read full article
the angle formed by the arc of the clubhead in relation to the slope of the ground when swinging at the ball. Example: a steep angle of approach is more likely to cause a large divot.
When viewed from the side, this is the angle between the ground and a line running from the tyre to the front bumper or other low-hanging component. This angle gives an indication of how steep a ramp a vehicle can negotiate without damage. It gives a good indication of a vehicle’s ability to climb over rocks and logs without hitting and potentially damaging the front part of the vehicle’s body or chassis.
The angle at which the club head strikes the ball and the path it takes to reach the ball, thus determining the trajectory and spin of the ball. This is usually the cause of "thin" and "fat" shots.
The steepness of descent or ascent of the clubhead's forward swing which influences the trajectory and distance the ball will travel
Angle formed by level ground and a line from the point where the front tires of a vehicle touch the ground to the lowest projection at the front of the apparatus.
The angle or degree at which the club moves downward, or upward, toward the ball.
This is the angle made by the club as it moves, either downwards or upwards, towards the ball.
In the downward swing, it's the angle at which the club head approaches the ball. It ultimately determines the trajectory of the ball (hook, straight, high, low, etc…).
The degree at which the clubhead moves either downward or upward into the ball. A severe test of agility.
