a time when the Employee is permanent, full-time, and working for the Employer. The Employee must be Actively At Work on the Member's Effective Date of coverage, performing his or her normal duties, unless the employee's absence from work is due to a Health Status Related Factor.
A requirement that if an employee is not actively at work on the day the policy goes into effect, coverage will not be provided until that employee returns to work.
