Extra charges applied for services performed above what is considered standard.

Charges that are applied in addition to the base tariff or base contract rate. Typically published in carriers' rules tariffs.

Services such as packing, appliance servicing, unpacking, or piano stair carries that you request to be performed (or are necessary because of landlord requirements or other special circumstances). Charges for these services are in addition to the transportation charges.

Fees for accessorial services. Also called Additional Service Charges.

Charges made for performing services beyond normal pickup and delivery such as inside delivery or storage charges.
