Under NASD Rule 2790, an RR's immediate family members include parents, mother-in-law or father-in- law, husband or wife, brother or sister, brother- in-law or sister-in-law, son-in-law or daughter- in-law, and children. In addition, the term includes any other person who is supported, directly or indirectly, to a material extent by the RR.

Includes spouses, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law, brothers- and sisters-in-law, and sons- and daughters-in-law.

An immediate family member defined for leave purposes relating to FMLA and parental family medical leave are a spouse, parent or child of the employee.

An immediate family member defined for leave purposes by the BOR are a spouse, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren of both the employee and the employee's spouse.
