All full-registered students of the University of Birmingham and sabbatical officers of the guild are full members. A full member is entitled to membership of any guild society on payment of any fees the society sets. They also have speaking rights at Guild Council, may hold certain offices of the Guild and may vote in all guild elections held by cross campus ballot or referenda held by cross campus ballot.
