Sif ("relative") is, in Norse mythology, a goddess of the Æsir, wife of Þórr (Thor) and mother of Þrúðr (Thrud), Ullr (Ull) and Móði (Modi). Thor is not the father of Ullr. Sif was not the mother of Magni; this was Thor's son with Járnsaxa.

Sif is Marvel Comics Asgardian warrior and lover of Thor. She spends much of her time worrying about and searching for her lover, Thor.
