A group of guilds banded together, usually under a faction.
Any group of two or more organizations that agree to work together to achieve specific short or long-term objectives. These alliances are flexible and can take many forms. Usually they make agreements and write a plan of action. They usually do not involve the establishment of a separate new organization.
