The official record of all financial aid applications submitted to the university, all supporting materials and the awards granted.
Financial Aid Transcript. A document used by institutions to collect data about Title IV aid and other financial aid received by a student at other educational institutions. Institutions must provide completed financial aid transcripts (FAT) at no charge to students and former students.
FINANCIAL AID TRANSCRIPT. A document required from each school previously attended regardless of whether aid was received or not. Must be received by the school at which you are now applying for aid.
Financial Aid Transcript. A record of a student's financial assistance received by other institutions.

The fee deferral is valid only through the evaluation process and is based on the student's financial aid eligibility.

This information is reported on SARs and ISIRs or schools can access a students financial aid history electronically through the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS). In some cases, a school may require you to obtain a paper FAT.
