A property that the borrower owns and occupies but that is not the borrower's primary residence, such as a vacation home.
When an employee maintains more than one dwelling that meets the criteria in DPA Rule 599.616 and 599.616.1, these are secondary residences.
A residence other than the borrower's primary residence which the borrower intends to occupy for a portion of each year and it must be suitable for year-round occupancy.
A property used by a person as a second residence, not as an investment.
