This term is meant to imply someone that has 20 years of experience (Eastern practice), or has met specific criteria of a school, another master, or instructor (Western practice). Ask the person using the title what it represents. Criteria varies from school to school. The International Feng Shui Guild is working toward a set of standards to provide consistency in this realm.
