A status indicating a Medicaid provider or payee has gone through the process of submitting paperwork to the Provider Participation Unit and been reviewed and approved.

The status of a student who has: completed the registration requirements (except for payment of tuition and fees) at the school he or she is attending or will attend; and has attended at least one day of classes at the school where he or she is enrolled; or has been admitted into a correspondence study program and has submitted one lesson, completed by the student after acceptance for enrollment and without help of a representative of the school.
