Constituency returning officer. A constituency returning officer (CRO) is ultimately responsible for organising elections in his or her constituency for the Mayoral and London Assembly elections. Constituencies comprise between two and four London boroughs. The CRO is the returning officer from the borough with the largest number of voters.

Customer Relationship Officer

One or several central reservation offices within a company which handles telephone reservations through a central phone number. The CRO of a hotel chains is capable of booking hotels in different destinations with one single call. Forwarding of the booking is mostly carried out via a CRS while many offices also use a PMS.
