A graduate policy requiring graduate students to be enrolled continuously until completion of degree

enrollment from one semester to the next.

Students who have been on the same campus for several years are considered continuously enrolled. At the elementary level, continuous enrollment is usually three or more years at the same campus; at the middle and high school levels it is enrollment since the beginning of that school level (i.e. high school students enrolled since the beginning of 9th grade.)

Unbroken enrollment in Fall and Spring terms.

Attendance in at least one semester each calendar year. Any academic record symbol entered on a transcript (A through F, CR, NC, I, IP, RD, W) shall constitute enrollment or attendance.

Undergraduate students who register for and complete at least one course in one term in an academic year are continuously enrolled.
