Field Service Management. Field Service Management is the process of managing mobile resources to improve the performance of tasks in the field. FSM includes scheduling, dispatching and Intelligent Appointing, as reflected in the @Road Taskforce solution.

Flight Schedule Monitor. A tool used by Air Traffic Management Specialists to monitor air traffic demand at airports.

Flexible Spectrum Management. This is another acronym referring to Advanced Spectrum Management (ASM).

file system migrator. A kernel extension that is mounted over an operating system file system when space management is added to the file system. The file system migrator intercepts all file system operations and provides any space management support that is required. If no space management support is required, the operation is performed by the operating system file system.
