Certificate of Airworthiness
Certificate of analysis. A document which reports actual analytical data obtained from testing a representative sample of the product lot to be shipped to the customer
Certificate of Authenticity - presents proof that an item is genuine.
Certificate of Authenticity. A written guarantee indicating the authenticity of an autograph, issued by the seller directly or from a third-party authenticator. Remember - a COA is only as reliable as the issuer.
Certificates of Analyses
Certificate of appropriateness. Certificate issued by a preservation commission to indicate its approval of an application to alter, demolish, move, or add on to a protected resource.
Certificate of Achievement
Acronym for Certificate of Authenticity. Auction term used to describe an item as genuine (usually certified by an expert). Acronym is usually used in the auction title to save space.
Certificate of Authority. Authorization issued by a state government for licensing the operation of a health care agency within the state.
Certificate of Authority. Issued by the state, it licenses the operation of an HMO.
Certificate of Authenticity. This is an integral part of all legally licensed Microsoft software. With retail/boxed products, there will be a COA on the box. With pre-installed software the COA sticker is attached to the PC chassis.
Certificate of Authenticity — The Windows alpha-numeric code located on a sticker on your computer. You may need the COA to complete the operating system setup or reinstallation. Also referred to as the Product Key or Product ID.
