Cubic Feet per Hour, or Standard Cubic Feet per Hour. This is the rate of flow. A standard cubic foot is defined as "a volume of one cubic foot of 0.60 specific gravity gas at a temperature of 60 F and at a base pressure of 14.7 PSIA". In contracts, this may be specified at other base conditions.
