A person who is (i) a customer of (or has applied for credit facilities from) a Bureau member (i.e. a bank); (ii) a guarantor and/or prospective guarantor of a customer of (or of a party who has applied for credit facilities from) a Bureau member, regardless of whether such a customer or party is a natural person, an unincorporated entity, a corporate entity or any other entity; or (iii) a former customer or guarantor who has been listed on the Default Records.

One who purchases or uses your firm's products or services, not to be confused with customer or end-user.
