Xuxa (pronounced shoo-shah - IPA -, born Maria da Graça Meneghel, March 27, 1963, Santa Rosa, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil) is a Brazilian television actress, singer and children's television show host. Her various shows have been broadcast in Portuguese, Spanish, and English languages.

"Xuxa" was the name of the Brazilian entertainer's self-titled children's television series that ran in syndication in the United States during the 1993-1994 season and was distributed by MTM Enterprises. Today Fox Television Studios owns the rights to all 75 episodes. In 1996 the series enjoyed a two year run on Fox Family Channel until 1998.
